An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Right to Buy and Leasehold section of the Income Collection Team. This permanent part-time vacancy is for the role of Right to Buy and Leasehold Management Assistant (RTBL), working within the wider Income Collection Team. The purpose of the role is to assist in the direct provision of front-line Income, Right to Buy and Leasehold services.

As a RTBL you will:

  • Process Right to Buy applications from application stage until they are sent to Legal for completion.
  • Answer both simple and complex Right to Buy and Leaseholder queries.
  • Provide support to Income Management Officers in the delivery of a professional and proactive arrears recovery service.
  • Assist in the direct provision of administrative duties for income management.

We are a team that deliver high performance and good customer service, and the successful candidate will have experience of delivering good customer service and achieving performance targets within a busy team environment.
