We are seeking talented, driven and passionate individuals to provide teachers and the SEN team support as a Learning Support Assistant. The individual will be supporting children’s learning, social and welfare needs. You will work under the instruction/guidance of teaching/senior staff to undertake work/care/support programmes to enable access to learning for pupils. You will also assist the class teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.
This role at our school requires the successful candidate to demonstrate empathy and kindness alongside initiative and the ability to work autonomously where needed.
