Job Summary
Our client is a global leader in the sports industry, providing high-quality products and tech for enthusiasts, professionals and beginners alike. Due to continued growth in the industry, they are now looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join their dynamic marketing team.
You\’ll be responsible for the performance marketing budget and strategy, developing and optimising campaigns across paid search, paid social, marketplaces and affiliates. You\’ll be focused on driving customer acquisition and sales, analysing ROAS, CPA and overall performance and provide actional insights to improve conversion and drive sales.

Location & Workplace Policy
- Harlow, Essex
- Ideally 5 days office, flexible office working hours
- Will consider hybrid working / flexible working request should candidates want 1-2 days working from home
Salary
- £50,000 per annum plus annual bonus
