What the Compliance Officer job involves:

  • Working closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure that all internal activities meet FCA regulations and company policies and processes.
  • Supporting the delivery of the Compliance Schedule and Monitoring Plan.
  • Conducting monthly internal audits, writing weekly progress reports, and identifying any potential risks to your line manager.
  • Delivering training across the business on regulator updates, new policies and procedures, money laundering, etc.
  • Investigating and escalating customer complaints where necessary and managing the process fairly.
  • Acting as the go-to person for compliance-related queries across the company.
