Ensure reviews and deliverables for contracts meet requirements and standards. Produce test specifications supporting Design, Development & Qualification Contracts. Produce test specifications supporting System Integration Facility validation testing. Support Test and Commissioning Teams and Build activities. Support the end-to-end design process. Interact with suppliers and customers. Advise on maintenance and spares strategies. Support quality to ensure a safe product and compliant operations. The Candidate Technical Knowledge of Telecommunications (Voice & Data Technologies). Technical Knowledge of Radio VHF/UHF minimum. Technical Knowledge of Trunked Radio Systems such as TETRA/P25/PMR/DMR/MPT1327. Fault Diagnosis, Maintenance, and Repair of Radio Systems, Equipment, and Radio Access Networks. Understanding of RF Spectrum Management. RAN (Radio Access Network) Solution Architect experience. Radio Network Planning experience.
