Principal a ccountabilities: S trategic HR l eadership and c hange m anagement D evelop a deep understanding of the c entral f unction unit\’s vision and strategy, integrating HR ’s perspective . C ontribute to strategic planning , focus ing on leading change-management initiatives to ensur e global business needs are met . S upport leaders with implementing and communicating change-management initiatives . C ollaborate with clients to measure progress towards business goals through strategic HR initiatives and performance assessments . Operational e xcellence I mplement and evaluate HR policies, program me s and functions to improve organi s ational efficiency and effectiveness . T ake part in the organisation’s daily activities . D evelop a comprehensive understanding of people management . C onduct optimi s ation exercises to ensure that people , processes, capabilities and technology are aligned with the organisation’s goals . C onduct employee calibration exercises and key talent assessments . R espond to and manage employee – relations issues, ensuring early and appropriate resolutions . A ct as a point of contact for specialist teams as they implement new HR approaches . G uide and consult on organisational restructure and design . Collaborate with the talent development and talent acquisition teams for efficient resource planning to support the organisation and its HR strategy. Collect data and develop metrics to inform decision-making . C ollaborate with other People Partners to ensure consistency across the organisation . C onduct succession planning to ensure leadership continuity and readiness. C ommunication and c ollaboration M aintain effective communication with the Chief People Officer, a nd wider HR team, updating them on change initiatives and needs in each part of the organisation . C ollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong relationships, facilitate change and promote inter-organisational cooperation . C ollaborate with the i nternal c ommunications team to ensure that HR messages are communicated throughout the organisation. Talent m anagement and d evelopment L ead programmes on talent management, employee engagement, and performance development . S upport leaders in managing and improving team dynamics , engagement and productivity . C ollaborate with the t alent a cquisition and t alent m anagement teams to ensure that staffing and developmental initiatives are aligned with the organisation’s strategy and goals . C ompliance and b est p ractices R ecommend new practices to promote continuous improvements in HR services and performance . E nsure understanding of , and adherence to , jurisdictional employment law, GDPR and other compliance requirements. Required experience P roven HR Business Partner e xperience, ideally in organisations spread across many jurisdictions . E xperience implementing HR solutions for hybrid and dispersed teams . P roven experience in HR roles within accounting, financial operations, legal, regulatory or professional services sectors . A b achelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience . Preferred experience A p rofessional HR certification . Preferred skills and characteristics S trategic think ing with a hands-on approach to achieving goals . E xcellent verbal and written communication skills . S trong decision-making and problem-solving abilities . T he a bility to plan, multi-task and effectively manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment . P roven leadership and team-building skills, with an ability to persuade and influence at all levels . T he creativity to d evelop innovative solutions and approach challenges from various perspectives to propose improved ways of working . T he curiosity and drive for continuous improvement.
