The Opportunity Worldline is a key player in the Rail Retail marketplace, developing software used to sell UK train tickets online, in person, and via self-service kiosks. Responsibilities Collaborate with architects to design future systems. Work with the CTO team to ensure quality standards. Lead the team, provide direction, and implement both business and technical strategies. Write clean, secure, test-driven code. Collaborate effectively with peers inside and outside your team. Develop expertise in rail retail business and serve as a contact point. Participate in ongoing training to stay current. Embrace new technologies and working methods. Key qualifications include: Extensive experience developing RESTful APIs using .NET Core, VueJS 2/3, and C#. Frontend development experience with VueJS 2/3 or Angular. Knowledge of cloud concepts such as containerization, AWS Fargate, Lambda. Experience integrating disparate systems. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including Pipelines. Experience designing microservices and macro services. Inquisitiveness and a strong desire to expand expertise.
