We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Influencer Manager to help shape the future of our influencer strategy as we continue to grow.
Role Overview:
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Influencer Manager to lead and scale our influencer and ambassador strategy. You’ll be responsible for building strong, authentic relationships with influencers and creators across multiple platforms, managing campaigns end-to-end, and driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales through compelling influencer collaborations. This role requires a strong pulse on digital trends, the right talent that aligns to our brand world and vision, exceptional communication skills, and a results-driven mindset. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with a diverse range of talent, from nano and micro-influencers to top-tier celebrity influencers. An understanding of the advocacy and community driven influencer space is also an advantage. This role requires a highly creative and strategic thinker who can balance data-driven decision-making with a keen eye for emerging trends and content opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a robust influencer strategy aligned with our marketing and brand goals across the UK and international markets.
- Relationship Management: Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with a diverse network of influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors from micro and nano to mega.
- Campaign Execution: Coordinate and oversee influencer campaigns from briefing to content delivery, ensuring brand alignment, timely execution, and measurable results.
- Content Coordination: Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, engaging, and on-brand content for various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance and track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI) to optimise future collaborations.
- Gifting & Seeding: Manage influencer gifting and product seeding strategies to increase brand visibility and social buzz.
- Collaborations & Launches: Identify and manage influencer collaborations and capsule collections.
- Market Trends: Stay on top of social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging influencer talent to keep Abbott Lyon ahead of the curve.
- Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Social, PR, Creative, and E-Commerce teams to align on messaging and brand storytelling.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: At least 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on managing high-tier talent collaborations, from micro-influencers to A-list celebrities.
- Strategic & Creative Thinking: Proven ability to think both strategically and creatively to build influencer partnerships that resonate with diverse audiences. Strong understanding of the digital landscape, trends, and content creation.
- Proven Track Record: Experience managing successful, high-impact influencer campaigns across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and delivering measurable results.
- Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and manage complex collaborations with influencers and agencies.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to inform decisions, optimise campaigns, and measure success. Ability to analyse performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to pitch and negotiate with influencers and stakeholders at all levels.
