Your Mission

We are seeking a Looking for Freelance Recruiters with experience in sourcing & end-to-end hiring. Remote role, flexible, performance-driven with competitive payouts across global markets.

What You’ll Do

• Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned roles – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements.
• Maintain candidate database and provide regular updates on recruitment pipeline.
• Ensure timely submissions and quick turnaround time (TAT) for all assigned requirements.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Recruiter (agency, freelance, or corporate).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other global job boards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results within deadlines.
• Experience recruiting for IT / Non-IT roles (as per project needs).
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with clear deliverables.
