We are seeking a Salesforce Pre Sales Architect who is deeply customer-centric and business-oriented, joining our team to craft tailored Salesforce solutions aligned with our clients\’ strategic goals. The role requires a keen understanding of business challenges and the ability to propose solutions that not only leverage Salesforce technology but also drive significant business impact. Responsibilities Business Problem Analysis: Engage deeply with potential clients to understand their business challenges and identify how these can be addressed through innovative solutions, potentially including but not limited to Salesforce technologies. Solution Design: Lead the development of innovative Salesforce solutions that meet client requirements. Architect scalable and efficient solutions that integrate seamlessly with client environments. Client Engagement: Conduct meetings with potential clients to gather requirements, understand their business processes, and identify areas where Salesforce solutions can add value. Proposal Development: Collaborate with sales and technical teams to prepare detailed proposals that outline the scope, timeline, and cost of proposed solutions. Ensure that proposals address client needs and highlight the benefits of Salesforce solutions. Programme Shape Development: Work with Delivery Leads to design the best team shape and timeline to deliver the solutions to the client. Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients that showcase the features and capabilities of Salesforce solutions. Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and support to sales teams, helping them understand the technical aspects of Salesforce solutions. Market Analysis: Stay informed about new Salesforce features and industry trends to ensure that proposed solutions remain cutting-edge and relevant. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the proposed solutions are viable and align with company capabilities. Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce counter-parts and internal client leads. Key Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or similar role, with a strong understanding of Salesforce products and ecosystem. Comfortable working with multi-vendor solutions. Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Certified Application Architect, Data Cloud are highly desirable. Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficient in designing and implementing technology solutions. Personal Attributes: Strong leadership qualities, customer-centric approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
