EYFS TA – Chorley: Prospero Teaching are looking for a teaching assistant with experience in early years to join one of our excellent schools near to Chorley. This is a full time position to start in January. Position Details: Location: Chorley Position: EYFS TA Hours: 9am-3:45pm, Mon-Fri, depending on experience Type of Work: Temporary Full time/part time: Full time only Minimum Rate of Pay: £85 per day, depending on experience Start date: Jan 2025 End date: OngoingThe Role: Assist in planning and delivering tailored learning activities for children. Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, both in and out of the classroom. Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment. Foster social and emotional development through positive interactions and activities. Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents.Experience, Training and Qualifications Calming mannerisms in challenging situations. Strong behaviour management skills while creating a fun learning environment.
