We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to help us make smarter, faster decisions as we scale. You’ll join a close-knit Commercial Finance team and work alongside our FP&A Analyst, Head of Finance, CFO and Exec team to turn numbers into real insight.

What You\’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on, fast-moving role in a PE-backed business. If you love the idea of partnering with teams across a growing company and making finance more human, this could be for you.

Here’s a snapshot:

• Turning complex data into meaningful insight for non-finance teams
• Supporting month-end and budget-holder reviews with strong variance analysis
• Helping shape the budgeting and forecasting process with smart, scalable models
• Playing a key role in consolidation modelling and bank covenant testing
• Working alongside analytics and operational teams to understand what’s really driving our business

What We\’re Looking For

We’re not hung up on job titles. We care about how you think and how you show up.

You’ll likely be:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Highly confident in Excel and comfortable navigating financial models
• Curious and collaborative, happy getting stuck in with people across the business
• A natural translator, able to make finance clear, relevant and actionable to others
• Interested in tools like Tableau or Power BI (nice to have, not essential)
