PDET is responsible for employing all staff and managing finances and other central services for the academies within the Trust. Has proven experience in delivering the EYFS curriculum in a creative and tailored way, to sustain the academic achievement of all pupils. Has proven experience of teaching children with a range of academic, SEND and well-being needs within an inclusive classroom environment. Is confident in using a range of behaviour management strategies. Is committed to supporting, motivating, and challenging the learning of children of all abilities within the classroom. Can make special contribution to our school community, as a Teacher and a Team Member. Is supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school. Understands the importance of Child Protection and is committed to the safeguarding of children’s welfare- both at home and in school.
