Base Salary: £12.72 per hour plus additional pay (see below)

About the role

As a Care and Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality individual care to residents, supporting their wellbeing. Your duties include housekeeping, domestic support, encouraging participation in activities, booking appointments, arranging transport, escorting visits, and assisting with shopping. Every day offers diverse opportunities to make a positive impact using your people skills.

About you

You are a warm, friendly individual, ideally with experience in care or support. You have a passion for enhancing the wellbeing of older people and enjoy working in a team. You are committed to delivering excellent customer service. A QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Adults) is preferred, but relevant experience and alternative qualifications will be considered.
