The opportunity
We seek an experienced and driven Technical Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will manage and execute successful SEO campaigns and manage web development projects for our clients in the education sector. Additionally, you will play a key role actively contributing to the agency\’s growth through client retention efforts.
What you’ll do
- Lead SEO campaigns and web development projects for global education clients.
- Manage end‑to‑end website builds and redesigns.
- Analyse performance, optimise for search, and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content teams to deliver impactful results.
- Spot growth opportunities and help shape client success.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in SEO and web development project management.
- Strong technical knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms).
- Skilled in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and project management.
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
