Nigel Frank International are partnered with an prestigious Dynamics 365 CE end user who are looking to add a skilled D365 CE Functional Consultant to their business applications team.
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and convert them into clear, well‑structured functional designs for Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Lead workshops and requirements‑gathering activities to map processes, identify inefficiencies and shape improvements that enhance day‑to‑day operations.
- Configure and design solutions across Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse, collaborating closely with architects and developers throughout delivery.
- Provide functional leadership from concept through testing, user validation and deployment, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable and aligned with organisational goals.
- Establish and promote standards for functional design, ensuring consistency, reusability and adherence to governance across both agile and traditional delivery approaches.

- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, with the ability to translate business processes into intuitive, user‑centred solutions.
