Supporting the global campaign around a range of B2B Events Role is dealing with Venues, speakers, logistics, marketing (basic), attending etc The Role As an Event Co-Ordinator you’ll serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. This role involves managing a range of B2B Events for their clients (Global Agencies and Enterprise Technology Companies). You will be dealing with: Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Event Co-ordination Dealing with Speakers Planning Research Marketing (Some) Venue Sourcing Logistics/ Operations Reporting etc Client Facing / Account Management Qualifications A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Background in Events B2B Essential Agency ideal! Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and events. Key Attributes Experience: Proven experience as in Events at a similar role within a B2B marketing agency. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and metrics to inform decision-making and demonstrate campaign effectiveness. Organizational Skills: Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Problem-Solving: Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to address and resolve client issues effectively. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and other relevant technologies. Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
