The role in the first instance will involve a class teaching responsibility in our KS2 team. You will need to be able to demonstrate your role as a ‘facilitator of learning’, utilising good observational skills enabling you to learn the behavioural patterns of the children you work with, appreciating that we all learn in different ways and with the correct guidance and support, we can achieve our potential. You will need to be dedicated, understanding, highly motivated and have excellent communication skills to effectively engage pupils in their learning and to also share appropriate and purposeful feedback with staff to support learning for children within our KS1 team.
