The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and driven marketing professional to lead the sales and marketing strategy across two flagship city centre venues. You will be responsible for planning and delivering campaigns that resonate with local audiences, promote events, and maintain our reputation as a top dining destination in both cities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to each location.
- Manage and grow our social media presence with engaging content and campaigns.
- Oversee digital marketing, including email newsletters, online promotions, and SEO.
- Collaborate with both General Managers to support site-specific initiatives and seasonal events.
- Build partnerships with local businesses, media outlets, and influencers in both Liverpool and Manchester.
- Organise and promote in-house events, press nights, and marketing activations.
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and visuals across all channels and locations.
About You:
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, ideally within the hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media management.
