Home Manager -Specialist Service (LD and Mental Health) £50,000 – £55,000 per annum DOE Great Yarmouth, Norfolk
Meridian Business Support are working with an established National Private Healthcare Provider client who are looking to recruit a Home Manager to lead a small specialst service, Nursing Home in the Great Yarmouth are of Norfolk.

Key duties and responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to the homes staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy. Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a team of skilled care professionals committed to delivering person-centred care. Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support. Manage the homes budget, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are effectively managed. Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote the homes services to potential residents, families, and stakeholders. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and all stakeholders, responding effectively to their needs and concerns. Oversee all records to ensure the homes administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Continuously monitor and evaluate the homes performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Manage and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
