About the Role

The hotel’s restaurant, beloved by locals and destination diners alike, is known for its seasonal, locally sourced menus and exceptional guest experience.
As Restaurant Manager, you will be at the heart of the operation — leading a passionate front-of-house team and working closely with the Head Chef to deliver a seamless, welcoming, and memorable service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team
