About The Role
You will play a key role in facilitating the movement of talent within our organisation and with your expertise you will contribute to our commitment to nurturing talent, enhancing employee satisfaction, and achieving organisational goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, business, legal, tax and finance to ensure smooth execution of expatriation
- Maintain vendor relationships including destination services, immigration and tax providers
- Advise and educate business on best expatriation and relocation practice, compliance and package structure
- Manage end-to-end expatriation and relocation including cost projection, document production, and vendor initiation
- Oversee visa and work permit processes ensuring compliance
- Assist with business visitor compliance and in general with year-end compliance activities
- Monitor and report on key mobility metrics
- As required and time permitting assist in project activities to facilitate increasing the maturity of the global mobility model
Person Specification
- Proven experience in global mobility, preferably within a multinational environment
- Preferably experience of operating within both high maturity and low maturity global mobility models
- Strong knowledge of global mobility frameworks, tax and immigration compliance
- Experience of expatriation across UK, AU and USA including a deep understanding of immigration within each of these countries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and function
