THE ROLE Reporting to the Global Head of Creative Services, this role oversees day-to-day project traffic, team scheduling, and global creative workflow for the European studio. Responsible for maintaining processes that ensure efficient resource allocation and consistent delivery of creative projects, this role also provides strategic oversight and reporting on global resource planning in partnership with Head of Creative Operations, Americas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee end-to-end project workflow across multiple client touchpoints, including business development, brand initiatives, and marketing campaigns.
- Lead resource allocation and team assignments, balancing workload across team in line with sales calendars and project priorities.
- Manage and mentor the Europe Design Studio team, supporting creative development and performance.
- Facilitate weekly progress meetings to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure global creative alignment.
- Manage internal client expectations around project timelines, ensuring proactive and transparent communication.
- Continue to align and standardise processes across Europe, Americas, and Asia to improve global efficiency.
- Oversee project allocation and new process rollouts.
- Manage Europe Studio budget, freelance resourcing, and supplier relationships, especially around catalogue production and QC.
- Support marketing teams with process improvements and ongoing operational support.
- Provide monthly and annual analysis to track and forecast global resource needs.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration.
- In-depth knowledge of print and digital production processes.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (Adobe Workfront preferred).
