Responsibilities You’ll be responsible for providing CFO services to ambitious £2-50M private businesses, supporting business owners to climb their Everest. You’ll help our clients reach those summits, you’ll be a self-starter with ambition, energy, and a ‘can do’ attitude, who has a passion to help our clients, typically business owners, entrepreneurs, CEO’s or MD’s. You’ll thrive on the challenge and autonomy of growing your own portfolio of clients, supported by an incredible network of CFOs based across world. We have big dreams, and we expect you to have the same. What do you need to have? You need to be qualified from one of the UK’s major chartered accounting institutes and have been a real-life CFO / FD once, twice or several times over, with strong experience and understanding of commercial finance, business strategy, and a track record of success. Your “special sauce” is your natural ability to build genuine long-lasting relationships with our clients. Part CFO, part advisor, part strategist, part friend. Working closely with your Regional Director and team of / FDs in a highly collegiate environment.
