About the Role
As a Litigation Fee Earner , you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of litigation matters, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients. Working within a well-established and traditional legal practice, you will uphold the firm’s reputation for excellence and client-focused service.

Key Responsibilities
Handle a diverse range of litigation cases, including civil, commercial, and property disputes.
Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
Draft legal documents, correspondence, and court submissions.
Conduct negotiations and settlements on behalf of clients.
Attend court hearings and advocate for clients when required.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of service and professionalism.
Stay updated on legal developments and regulatory changes affecting litigation.

Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in litigation, ideally within a traditional legal practice.
Strong knowledge of civil and commercial litigation procedures.
Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
Ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
Relevant legal qualifications (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal).
