Steady Hands Wanted in a Shifting Wind!
At Full Circle Wind Services, things move fast. We're scaling up, building systems as we go, and navigating international operations with a small but mighty team. If you’re the kind of Buyer who thrives in a bit of organised chaos, knows when to follow the rules and when to write new ones, and loves seeing the impact of your work every single day — we’ve got a seat for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- You're making sure technicians get the parts they need on time, projects keep spinning, and suppliers know we mean business.
- As we’re expanding our business and turbine types, you’ll not just be working with existing suppliers; you’ll be working with engineering to identify new parts and you’ll be on the hunt for new suppliers.
- All to ensure our technicians can maintain those turbines in line with our top-notch standards on quality and time.
Sourcing with a Sixth Sense
- You find and manage suppliers who deliver quality, reliability and value — whether it’s turbine blades or tiny bolts.
Contracts & Cost-Saving Combos
- Negotiate smart deals that keep us competitive without compromising on quality or timelines.
Forecasting Without a Crystal Ball
- Anticipate demand and plan ahead, even when the data isn’t perfect. You know when to trust the system — and when to trust your gut.
Keeping Stock in Line
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and reorder before things get critical. Yes, sometimes it’s reactive — that’s the job. But you know how to stay ahead.
Systems in Progress
- We’re not system-perfect (yet). You’ll need to work with what’s there, help improve it, and flag what’s missing.
Working Across Borders & Functions
- You’ll collaborate with technicians, project managers, finance teams and suppliers across Europe. And yes, sometimes things get noisy — we’re counting on you to stay calm and cut through the clutter.
Keeping It Clean
- Your documentation is clear, your records are audit-ready, and your spreadsheets… well, let’s just say you and Excel are on good terms.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or similar.
- 4–7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain — in a technical, service-based environment.
- Great negotiation and communication skills.
- Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
- Experience with ERP systems.
