Your role
Are you an analytical thinker? Do you understand regulatory capital and liquidity? Do you enjoy solving problems? We’re looking for an analyst in our Global Markets Financial Resource Management (FRM) team to:
- Provide oversight for the Global Markets financial resources (RWA, Balance Sheet, Liquidity, Funding Costs)
- Optimize business capital and liquidity costs in relation to regulations across multiple jurisdictions and internal requirements
- Provide transparency, insight, and advice to desk and business heads across the Global Markets business on capital and liquidity
- Partner with Treasury in forecasting and managing liquidity metrics and other relevant resource targets
Your team
You will work in the Global Markets FRM team in London. We manage and optimize Financial Resources and Capital costs for the Global Markets Business within the Investment Bank. Your role will be crucial in driving profitability.

Your expertise
- Undergraduate/Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Financial Engineering (preferred)
- Financial qualifications such as CFA, CIMA, FRM are a plus
- Comprehensive understanding of Equities and Fixed Income businesses
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Curious and determined to investigate, challenge, and find solutions
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry
- Experience with data analytics, coding, and/or AI is beneficial
