Are you a technically skilled Maintenance Technician with an electrical background, looking to make an impact in a high-performing manufacturing environment? We are looking for an experienced individual to join a leading production facility.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering both preventive maintenance and reactive repair of machinery and equipment.
- Carrying out in-line quality checks and using Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques.
- Analysing operational data to diagnose faults and develop targeted improvement plans.
- Supporting the development of finished goods in line with quality, cost, and scheduling goals.
- Mentoring and training junior staff with a positive, collaborative approach.
- Building effective cross-functional relationships with engineering, operations, and quality teams.
Requirements:
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification (training may be offered).
- Strong fault-finding skills across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and servo systems.
- PLC diagnostics experience (Omron preferred).
- Experience with automated assembly lines and robotic systems (ABB desirable).
- Able to read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics.
- Ability to work night shifts on rare occasions, if required.
- Familiarity with following SOPs and structured training processes.
