We’re helping a dynamic educational organisation grow their student finance team with the addition of a Finance Administrator. If you’re detail-driven and confident handling sensitive conversations around payments, this could be a great next step. You’ll play a key part in ensuring financial operations run smoothly while supporting international learners throughout their academic journey.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Following up on tuition payments by email, call, and face-to-face meetings
  • Clarifying payment plans, deadlines, and finance queries with professionalism
  • Logging and tracking payments with accuracy across internal systems
  • Preparing payment summaries, statements, and reminder notices
  • Entering financial data and assisting with invoice and reconciliation tasks
  • Supporting students while balancing empathy and accountability

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in a finance role — ideally dealing with payments, invoicing, or account queries
  • Communicates clearly and tactfully across cultures and backgrounds
  • Has solid Excel skills and can pick up new finance systems quickly (Sage Intacct is a bonus)
  • Works well under pressure and manages competing deadlines calmly
  • Is confident navigating one-to-one conversations about money
  • Enjoys being part of a student-focused team with high attention to detail

Full-time, Monday to Friday, with work based across several London sites (including central and west London). Great entry-level opportunity with room to grow in finance or student services.
