Java Developer needed with active SC Security Clearance and Government / Public Sector project experience. 6 Month Rolling Contract in Birmingham (Hybrid). Hybrid Working - 2 days/week on-site in Birmingham + 3 days/week remote. Start ASAP in May/June 2025.

- Developing Java solutions for Microservices, messaging web services, distributed systems
- Web Services, SOAP, RESTful, Docker Containerisation
- Supporting live systems and diagnosing incidents
- Connecting processes with message brokers like ActiveMQ
- Continuous Integration: Maven, Jenkins, GIT, SonarQube, Stash
- Testing frameworks: Mockito, JUnit, JMock, Powermock, DBUnit, TestContainers
- AWS services: EC2, RDS, S3, Route53, SQS, DynamoDB, KMS, Cloudwatch
