The role:
We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our People Team on a fixed-term basis of 12 months, commencing July 2025. In this role, you’ll support employees and managers across a range of HR matters, including employee relations, training, and policy implementation.
What you’ll do:
- Advise employees and first-line managers on HR policies, processes, and employee relations issues.
- Manage employee relations cases and maintain related trackers.
- Support HR initiatives including engagement programs, process improvements, and data reporting.
- Collaborate with HR centers of excellence (e.g. People Ops, Talent Acquisition, L&D, Reward).
- Help develop and roll out new tools, processes, and projects across the organization.
- Assist with visa-related documentation and maintain HR systems.
- Provide data insights through regular reporting and trend analysis.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience managing complex employee relations issues (e.g. disciplinaries, grievances).
- Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and employment law (global knowledge a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools such as Workday, MS Office; experience with Jira, Confluence, or DocuSign.
- High attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of U.S. employment law and visa/work permit processes would be advantageous.
