We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on E-commerce Specialist that combines ecommerce knowledge and marketing analytics to create engaging and optimized online shopping experiences that drives sales and customer satisfaction.

  • Drive online success through insight-led merchandising strategies
  • Account manage brands and lead quarterly performance reviews
  • Collaborate across Digital, Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain teams to shape online category strategy
  • Deliver end-to-end plans—from pitch to contract re-sign—with a sharp commercial focus
  • Use tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Trends to turn data into action

Proven experience in B2B or B2C digital merchandising, online trading or ecommerce management.

Strong analytical and commercial acumen - using Excel / analyzing and presenting data.

A proactive, relationship-driven approach and a passion for the customer experience.

This is a hybrid role based in Northamptonshire — you’ll typically spend 3 days a week in the office collaborating with a brilliant team.

You’ll be part of a big digital team - bouncing ideas that shape the ecommerce strategy, making a measurable impact using online trading strategies to optimize brand presence, and working with a team that values innovation, ownership, and continuous growth.
