We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on E-commerce Specialist that combines ecommerce knowledge and marketing analytics to create engaging and optimized online shopping experiences that drives sales and customer satisfaction.
- Drive online success through insight-led merchandising strategies
- Account manage brands and lead quarterly performance reviews
- Collaborate across Digital, Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain teams to shape online category strategy
- Deliver end-to-end plans—from pitch to contract re-sign—with a sharp commercial focus

Proven experience in B2B or B2C digital merchandising, online trading or ecommerce management. Strong analytical and commercial acumen - using Excel / analyzing and presenting data. A proactive, relationship-driven approach and a passion for the customer experience.
This is a hybrid role based in Northamptonshire — you’ll typically spend 3 days a week in the office collaborating with a brilliant team. You’ll be part of a big digital team - bouncing ideas that shape the ecommerce strategy, making a measurable impact using online trading strategies to optimize brand presence, and working with a team that values innovation, ownership, and continuous growth.
