This unique role sits at the heart of the client journey, where food meets storytelling. As Head of Tasting Chef, you’ll take ownership of all tasting sessions, curating the experience and delivering it to the highest standards. You'll be a key ambassador for our food, representing the creativity and precision of the wider kitchen team in a client-facing setting.

You’ll need a strong culinary background (ideally Michelin or Rosette level) and a deep appreciation for both high-end presentation and event catering practicality. A confident presenter and communicator, you’ll bring food to life for our clients while providing valuable insights to shape final event menus.

  • Lead and deliver tasting sessions for private and corporate clients, often at our Battersea kitchen.
  • Adapt and evolve dishes based on client feedback while upholding brand integrity.
  • Maintain the tasting kitchen, ensuring it reflects our premium brand at all times.
  • Strong background as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Head Chef in fine dining, Michelin-starred, or luxury hospitality settings.
  • Exceptional plating skills and understanding of modern food presentation.
  • Experience in event catering or large-scale service is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and presenting food confidently, clearly, and engagingly.
  • A natural passion for food, innovation, and client satisfaction.
