Join us as a Customer Experience Executive to leverage technology, cultivate key accounts, and deliver unparalleled customer service. This role is a blend of order management, cultivating customer relationships, business development, and strategic account growth.

  • Efficient order processing and management.
  • Nurture and expand key customer accounts.
  • Lead communication efforts with accounts, ensuring clarity and responsiveness.

  • Meet with customers to help grow accounts.
  • Be a key point of contact between manufacturing, dispatch, sales, and finance to help optimise operational processes.
