We’re Hiring: Creative Strategist (Paid Social)

Responsibility: Execute data-backed creative strategies that improve paid social performance
Reports to: Senior Creative Strategist
Location: Remote-first
Compensation: £38,000 to £45,000 + performance bonus + comprehensive benefits

You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment, with real influence over how performance-driven creative is developed, tested, and scaled.
We help ambitious DTC brands grow profitably through data-led creative strategy, structured experimentation, and relentless optimisation. To date, we’ve managed £10M+ in profitable ad spend across Meta, TikTok, and Google for brands including Lucky Saint, Linda Farrow, Acid Running, Four Five and many more.
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can turn insight into ads that convert at scale.
What you’ll do:
- Build and execute performance-driven creative strategies across Meta and TikTok
- Turn creative performance data into clear insights, testing plans, and next steps
- Concept, script, and brief UGC, motion, design, and high-production assets
- Work closely with media teams, editors, designers, and clients to drive results
- Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, hooks, and consumer behaviour
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Have 2-3+ years in creative strategy, paid social, or performance marketing
