Over the last year, we’ve profitably managed over £8M in ad spend for clients including Khanum’s, Lucy & Lola, Ovrload, DJK, Bubble Panda, and Watermans. We’re searching for a passionate and innovative Creative Strategist to join our team and shape impactful, data-driven creative strategies for Meta and other digital platforms. Role Overview As a Creative Strategist, you will act as the driving force behind the creative output of our ad campaigns. You’ll use performance data, audience insights, and creative innovation to develop strategies that resonate with target audiences and achieve measurable results. This role involves collaborating closely with UGC creators, designers, and media buyers to create performance-driven ad concepts tailored to each client’s objectives. Key Responsibilities Creative Strategy Development: Build performance-driven creative strategies informed by client KPIs, audience research, and data insights. Campaign Ideation: Develop compelling ad concepts for Meta, TikTok, and other platforms, focusing on scroll-stopping visuals and engaging messaging. Audience Insights: Dive deep into client reviews, social platforms, and market research to understand customer pain points, desires, and objections. Creative Testing Roadmaps: Plan and execute A/B tests to optimise creative performance and iterate based on findings. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, UGC creators, and paid media specialists to ensure cohesive creative output aligned with client goals. Performance Analysis: Analyse key metrics such as CTR, ROAS, and CPA to inform future creative strategies and eliminate wasted ad spend. Creative Briefing: Write and oversee detailed creative briefs to guide the production of high-quality assets. Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of trends in digital advertising, platform innovations, and audience behaviour to incorporate fresh ideas into strategies. Documentation: Maintain and share insights from campaigns to build a collective knowledge base for the team. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a results-driven, creative thinker who is passionate about eCommerce and understands the intersection of data, audience psychology, and design. Skills and Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in creative strategy or media buying, preferably within an agency or eCommerce setting. Strong understanding of creative performance metrics and testing frameworks (e.g., hook rate, hold rate, ROAS). Proficiency in developing data-informed strategies that align with audience behavior and platform-specific best practices. Excellent research skills, with an ability to identify key patterns, audience insights, and trends. Ability to craft creative briefs and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to clients. Familiarity with UGC content workflows and providing actionable feedback to creators.
