This full-time role involves supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across various year groups, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and SENCO. Support pupils with personal care if required and ensure their safety and wellbeing. Encourage independence and social integration among pupils.
