In this role, you will design and facilitate meaningful and impactful experiences to support senior leadership teams to increase their performance, productivity, and shape culture. The role also includes supporting leadership development initiatives and executive coaching.
- Design customized and blended leadership development programs on a wide range of topics.
- Deliver Learning and Leadership Development Programs (remotely).
- Deliver Executive Coaching and feedback coaching with our CORE assessment products, as well as "Train-the-Trainer" programs for scaling.
- Leverage current building blocks to create new programs.
- Responsible for co-creating game-changing team leadership development journeys.
Requirements:
- University degree (Bachelor) in the field of Social Sciences; Master's degree desirable.
- Coaching Certification (ICF).
- Strong business acumen with experience working inside organizations with senior leaders in the development of effective cross-functional teams.
- Proficient skills in designing and facilitating effective team meeting cadence, content, and materials.
