We’re on the lookout for a talented Social Content Creator to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content that captivates our audience and stays true to our brand’s voice and guidelines. If you’re passionate about creating scroll-stopping content and have a knack for creative storytelling, get in touch! Responsibilities: Develop and produce innovative and engaging social content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, ensuring alignment with the brand\’s values and objectives. Constantly stay ahead of social shifts and platform algorithm changes to remain innovative, adapting trends to keep the brand at the forefront of conversations and formats while ensuring content is optimised for maximum reach. Assist in planning and scheduling content across various social media platforms, collaborating with the social team to maintain a consistent and well-executed content calendar. Collaborate across departments to align on campaigns and launches, ensuring social content supports broader marketing initiatives and brand goals. Establish and foster meaningful relationships with our audience, encouraging brand advocacy and loyalty. Suggest and implement new ideas and growth techniques to drive follower growth, develop brand awareness, and increase reach across our social channels. Essential Skills & Requirements: Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to ideate and execute engaging content tailored to specific platforms. Previous experience filming, editing and designing high-quality visual content tailored for social media platforms. Knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, including their latest features and trends Ability to write relevant copy in the brand’s tone of voice across multiple platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage your schedule effectively while adapting as needed. Location: On site.
