ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider whose end client is in the Mobile Telecoms sector. We are assisting them with the search for a Fibre Delivery Manager on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead fibre and network clearance activities across multiple sites
- Coordinate build partners to align civils, cabling, and splicing works with site closure timelines
- Validate and challenge planning outputs (e.g., HLDs, LLDs, job packs) to ensure quality and accuracy
- Provide clear delivery updates in programme reviews and governance forums
- Ensure GIS and inventory systems reflect completed field activities
Skills:
- Extensive experience in fibre delivery, ideally in network decommissioning or infrastructure change
- Strong understanding of fibre builds, including civils, cabling, splicing, and site audits
- Confident working with and managing external delivery partners
- Able to interpret fibre plans, schematics, and technical documentation
- Skilled with delivery and reporting tools (Planner, Power BI, GIS, Excel)
- Telecommunications background (Essential)
- Valid SC Clearance (Essential)
