Fibre Delivery Manager

ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider who\’s end client is in the Mobile Telecoms sector. We are assisting them with the search for a Fibre Delivery Manager on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fibre and network clearance activities across multiple sites
• Coordinate build partners to align civils, cabling, and splicing works with site closure timelines
• Validate and challenge planning outputs (e.g., HLDs, LLDs, job packs) to ensure quality and accuracy
• Provide clear delivery updates in programme reviews and governance forums
• Ensure GIS and inventory systems reflect completed field activities

Skills:

• Extensive experience in fibre delivery, ideally in network decommissioning or infrastructure change
• Strong understanding of fibre builds, including civils, cabling, splicing, and site audits
• Confident working with and managing external delivery partners
• Able to interpret fibre plans, schematics, and technical documentation
• Skilled with delivery and reporting tools (Planner, Power BI, GIS, Excel)
• Telecommunications background (Essential)
• Valid SC Clearance (Essential)
