Location: M3 Corridor, Weekly travel to our London/New Milton office
Hours: 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday

As the Business Development Director, you will be contributing to our vision to be recognised as the market leading provider of services to the UK’s property sector. The role will form part of the executive team that steers the Innovus business and will report directly to the Managing Director.
Additionally, effective communication and the ability to align business goals with market trends and opportunities are an important aspect of the role. The Business Development Director is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to increase company revenue and profitability.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies that align with company objectives. Identify new markets, trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Market Research and Analysis: Use insights to inform business strategies and recommend product/service improvements. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing business areas.
- Brand Development: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Build and develop meaningful connections through networking and building relationships.
Experience at senior level in a commercial organisation with demonstrable ability to interact at director level with key executives and business managers. Experience of developing and managing a business growth strategy that embraces a range of products and services being sold into a diverse market. Experience of developing and managing a budget including allocation of resource and commercial justification based on expected results.
Personal Qualities: Proven strong analytical skills in evaluating opportunities with data and using these to best advantage using strong commercial acumen. At ease in an evolving and ambiguous environment, not fazed by change and transformation at pace, and importantly can take people with them on the journey.
