Role description
The Product Learning Experience Writer creates clear, concise, and audience-aligned technical documentation that enables customers, partners, and internal teams to understand and adopt our products with confidence. They work collaboratively with product managers, learning designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver release-aligned documentation and contribute to broader learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and maintain product documentation (user guides, release notes, help center content) that aligns with business and learning objectives.
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible, value-driven content for varied audiences.
• Collaborate with Product Learning Designers to ensure alignment between documentation and training materials.
• Partner with product managers and developers to understand new features and manage intake via structured workflows (e.g., Jira).
• Review and revise content based on stakeholder feedback, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Help evolve our voice, tone, and documentation standards across platforms.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in technical writing, content development or related roles focused on software products.
• Strong written communication skills in English with the ability to create clear, concise and user focused content for global audiences.
• Understanding of localization principles, structured content and accessibility best practices.
• Experience with content management systems is a plus
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams across various timezones
