New opportunity available to join a fast-paced and dynamic funds team to provide Private Capital fund administration, corporate and investor services to private capital funds and underlying fund vehicles. In this position you will provide all round support to the team in a wide variety of duties, including:
- Preparing documents & notices
- Maintaining databases
- Payments
- Analysis of investments
- Assisting with auditor requests
- Liaising with clients/investors
- Preparation of meeting packs
- Involvement in ad hoc projects
You will also be expected to maintain awareness of all legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring a first class level of services and alignment with all policies and procedures. Candidates will need strong administrative skills with some previous experience in the funds sector. Strong communication and IT skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team, prioritising a busy workload and maintaining an organised efficient approach.
