We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team in Sevenoaks. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our exclusive retirement properties & lifestyle to a sophisticated clientele. While prior sales experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with a passion for the luxury market and a desire to excel in a dynamic sales environment.

Client Relationship Building*
Showcase our luxury retirement properties with a deep understanding of their unique features, benefits, and amenities.
Provide virtual tours, in-person visits, and presentations to potential clients.

*Sales and Negotiation*
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our retirement properties & the Elysian lifestyle to potential buyers.
Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

*Maintain accurate and organised records of client interactions in the CRM system.

*Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure a cohesive sales process.

*Keep up-to-date with luxury property market trends, retirement living industry insights, and relevant sales techniques.

Passion for the luxury market and experience of working with high-end clientele/HNW individuals
– Prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
– Knowledge of the local Kent real estate market is advantageous, but not mandatory
– Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
– Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
