A leading UK digital bank is seeking a Brand & Creative Lead to evolve and elevate its visual identity and creative expression at a critical growth stage. This role will lead the brand’s creative direction and ensure it shines across web, app, social and campaign channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and evolve the bank’s visual identity and brand design system in partnership with UX and UI teams.
- Lead creative output across all marketing and product channels—bringing consistency, clarity and originality to every touchpoint.
- Develop creative assets and performance-driven content for use across CRM, social, advertising, and in-app.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on campaigns and advertising initiatives.
- Introduce compelling design into the digital experience, blending creative strategy with seamless execution.
- Partner with copywriters to align tone of voice and visual style for a unified brand narrative.
- Strong background in graphic design, creative direction and design systems.
- Skilled in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and knowledgeable about accessibility standards.
- Confident storyteller who can communicate the value of design across the organisation.
- Experience working in or with digital product teams (preferably in fintech or fast-paced tech).
- Comfortable leading and executing—from building strategy to creating final assets.
- Experience developing visual assets and animations for websites, mobile apps, and campaigns.
