We are partnered with a fast-growing UK based Ecommerce retailer, backed by a leading global FMCG group, with a mission to redefine performance nutrition for everyday athletes and fitness enthusiasts. Their innovative sports nutrition brand continues its success in their growth journey.
As they enter the next phase of growth, they are looking for a passionate and commercially savvy eCommerce Manager to take the lead on their DTC strategy. If you’re ready to own, define and scale their online customer experience, in a company where your voice is heard and your ideas make a difference, this might be one to review.
The website's platform is Shopify, and you will take full ownership over Ecommerce/Web journeys, reporting into the MD. Previous experience working on a Shopify platform is essential. The role is based in Greater Manchester (South), hybrid with only 1 or 2 days in the office.
- Drive the Ecommerce strategy forward, ensuring usability and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee all aspects of website performance, customer experience, and sales optimisation to meet business objectives.
- Support future web development and identify future development opportunities.
- Analyse and optimise site performance using various data sources including customer data, site metrics, competitor analysis, and research – making recommendations to drive performance.
- Support in coordinating site content and promotional planning.
- Oversee a comprehensive CRO plan to inform website development and improve metrics with agency support.
Highly analytical and numerate, proficient in Excel and Google Analytics. Ability to interpret data and use metrics like conversion rates and sales performance to inform decisions. Ideally, experience working closely with wider Digital and SEO teams, gained experience in their digital marketing strategies.
