We’re looking for a results-oriented B2B commercial manager with experience in the mining industry to help us expand FuelActive’s reach worldwide. This is a great opportunity with a competitive salary, bonus, and equity. The role offers flexible remote work and some international travel (about 6-8 weeks a year).
What you'll do
- Hit and support our annual sales goals for revenue and gross profit.
- Build and manage a pipeline of key mining customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with major clients and partners.
- Work with marketing to raise our brand profile and generate leads.
- Create sales materials like presentations and customer success stories.
- Reporting to Mining Director, Thomas Michaelson-Yeates.
What you'll need
- Proven success in international B2B sales in mining or related industries.
- Solid track record of business development and managing key accounts.
- Comfortable working independently with excellent communication skills.
- Driven, proactive, and focused on results.
- Open to traveling extensively and working remotely.
- Good analytical skills to build business cases and customer value propositions.
- Must have the right to work in the UK (we are unable to sponsor visas).
Nice to Have:
- 5+ years in technical sales or commercial roles, especially with OEMs, engine manufacturers, or mining companies.
- Additional languages like Spanish or French are desirable, but not essential.

We’re working closely with large OEMs like Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, and more. As we grow our sales pipeline and Distribution network in mining, we need a self-motivated person to integrate into our current team and manage new accounts and regions.
