MWHTreatment is looking to strengthen their Engineering team with a Technical Coordinator for our @one Alliance framework. Working within our Water Recycling team, you will provide technical delivery support for a designated programme of work. Your responsibilities include producing, developing, facilitating, coordinating, and monitoring technical delivery support schedules and administration throughout the project lifecycle. As you gain understanding of how our alliance operates and become familiar with our processes, you will develop skills and experience by working cross-functionally. This will enable you to support other teams, increasing synergy and efficiency across delivery teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the production of meeting presentations, reports, and the issuance of Land Entry Notices by liaising with internal and external teams/organisations.
- Assist engineers in producing public relations communications to maximize customer awareness and satisfaction.
- Help scope survey requirements and liaise with the Survey Co-ordination Team.
- Record and submit carbon usage data; identify areas for carbon reduction or efficiency improvements.
- Support Technical Managers and Lead Technical Managers with administrative tasks such as customer surveys and team updates.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement enhancements to increase productivity.
- Collaborate with other Team Coordinators to foster a community of knowledge sharing and process improvement.
