An inclusive, collaborative and rapidly-growing facilities management firm are seeking a highly experienced and capable Operations Director to join their growing team in a pivotal leadership role. As Operations Lead, you'll drive the mobilisation of new client sites, enforce operational standards, and lead a large field-based team. Reporting to the COO, you'll own execution, compliance, and quality assurance, ensuring every site launch is smooth, on time, and audit-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead site mobilisation from planning to go-live
- Manage and develop operations managers and supervisors
- Enforce compliance
- Conduct audits, track actions, and resolve escalations swiftly
- Ensure payroll and attendance integrity across all contracts
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience within an operations leadership role within facilities or property management
- Proven track record in mobilisation within compliance-heavy environments
- High accountability, tech fluency, and field management experience
- Project management skills
- Strong communicator with a sharp eye for operational detail
- Health & Safety/Compliance certifications and a relevant degree are desirable
