An inclusive, collaborative and rapidly-growing facilities management firm are seeking a highly experienced and capable Operations Director to join their growing team in a pivotal leadership role. As Operations Lead, you'll drive the mobilisation of new client sites, enforce operational standards, and lead a large field-based team. Reporting to the COO, you'll own execution, compliance, and quality assurance, ensuring every site launch is smooth, on time, and audit-ready.
